A belated thank-you for a wonderful time on 12/15 for my sister's birthday at the restaurant. We enjoyed a delightful lunch with excellent service. And, to add to the festivities, a second thank-you: we returned to our car and it wouldn't start. A Doneckers employee in the store's truck very kindly stopped by and gave a "jump" which sent us on our way. Such service!! It extends to your parking lot!

It has been over 40 years since I've been dealing with the Doneckers store, going back to the home store club system.
I've always enjoyed shopping and visiting with you and your staff. I've always had courteous, friendly sales associates who were capable and knowledgeable.
However, last Thursday, I encountered the most outstanding sales person I've ever had at Doneckers or elsewhere. Susan was so kind, patient, and encouraging that I came home feeling really good about myself and my purchase. The amazing part about the entire experience is I got a very nice dress for my son's wedding and it was a sale item. That made no difference to Susan. I received million dollar service for a hundred dollar dress.

Our shopping experience at Doneckers was the best furniture shopping experience we have ever had in 30 years.
From the personalized greeting when we entered the store, to the home delivery we were truly impressed. Anne's "no pressure" style fit our shopping style perfectly. Once we had narrowed our selection, she was able to knowledgeably answer our questions and explain the features of the item we eventually purchased.
Then came delivery day. Not having to take an entire day off was a real plus. Calling 30 minutes prior to delivery allowed my husband to only miss a short amount of work.
He was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the delivery team. Working with the heavy cabinet, they did their job without complaint, took time to level the cabinet so the doors would open properly. They secured the shelves and made sure the lighting worked properly. They demonstrated the various lighting settings. It was obvious they took pride in their work.
Their efforts so far exceeded our experience with other deliverymen that we felt their employer should know of their fine efforts.

On Saturday I had the pleasure of shopping at your store. Diane was our salesperson. Our little shopping trio thoroughly enjoyed having Diane take care of us. She was courteous, friendly and very helpful, and we feel she should be commended for this.

I'm writing to tell you how grateful my wife and I are for the splendid service we have been receiving for many years from Jeff Mundorff in the Mens store at Doneckers. While we appreciate the fine quality of your upscale merchandise, we realize there are a number of stores in our area offering clothes of a similar value.
We are willing to drive over 200 miles round trip in order to shop at Doneckers because of Mr. Mundorff. Consistently he treats me as a valued customer. He is aware of my "spending limitations" and has never attempted to entice me to make a purchase beyond my budget boundaries. He remembers my tastes and preferences and has never made remarks that left me feeling intimidated or lacking good taste. Perhaps the best way to express my appreciation for him would be to say: Mr. Mundorff is the reason I shop at Doneckers.

Heidi's Wine parings were perfect! Those of the group that enjoy wines were very satisfied. Those that usually pass on wine (me) appreciated how the wines accentuated the food's flavors perfectly. Heidi was instructive about the wines without going too far.

Chris and I so enjoyed being a part of "the Donecker family" again for a few days. Each visit seems more enjoyable than the previous one. Heidi and Joe made our dining experience absolutely divine. The staff at the Guest house and the store were always within sight and ever helpful and hospitable. It was so nice to see you again, and we are planning another trip in the near future.

I feel the need to extend a courtesy note of thanks to all of you. Complaints or problems (which are few) always receive wonderful and concerned attention, and serving us as customers does likewise. Your staff really cares that we are happy to be dealing with you. You might be pleased to hear also the Carriage Room has been most kind to us over an issue with a dress that the dry cleaner refused to handle. It means a lot that you care about us.
